Soil stabilization with cement on the company premises of Wirtgen GmbH: A 17,000 m² large assembly plant is located here today, in which precisely these recyclers - and many other machines - are assembled.
The WR 2500 S shown here is working a mixture of cement and lime into the existing soil at a depth of 25 cm.
As many as ten Wirtgen machines were involved in stabilizing the subgrade on a 90 km long section of the A 1 motorway in Poland. This WR 2500 S is working in the area of a future junction, which has a gradient of approx. 10%.
